Top/bottom of the spine shows small nicks across the length at both ends. front and back covers are pulling away from the binding. Pages are yellowed.There is a large water stain on the frontspiece that has not penetrated the rest of the book and there is a 2" tear on the first page of the table of contents. Item #3040
