Subject matter deals with Housing Conditions, Census, Public Health, Water Supply, and Board of health. In blue/grey covers with gilt lettering on the front cover and spine. The spine is faded however. There is wear, small creases at the top/bottom of the spine. Corners are slightly bent with the exception of the upper front which has a large crease. There are a multitude of photos, diagrams, throughout. There area few bound-in tissue maps of "Ground Occupied by Houses" Item #3388
