New York: The Baker & Taylor Company, 1911. Hard Cover. Sans DW in green covers with gilt lettering and a gilt top edge. The binding is broken front and back however the pagaes are tight. The spine is bent in two places and worn at the top and bottom. Corners are slightly bent ; all are worn through.
The book is soiled at the edges and covers. MAny old and interesting period photos insdie.

The frontspiece is torn and held with yellowed scotch tape obscuring in part agift inscription from the publisher. Item #3891
