Both top and bottom of spine chipped with small pieces missing,. Pages are yellowed with a slight slight loosening of the the front page from the cover. Still ery much intact and tight throughout.Title page has a discolored section perhaps from a laid in piece. Rear DW flap shows evidence of writing. Item #4499
