New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1968. Hard Cover. HC in DJ. Green and cream colored DJ with a phptpgraph of a decoupaged desk on the front cover. Title on front cover and spine in gold lettering. The DJ is creased at the top and bottom of the spine.
New York: Tudor Publishing, 1940. 6th Printing. Hard Cover. Sans DW in olive green covers with gold lettering and decoration. This volume appears to have suffered smoke or fire damage as the top edge is blackened. Only in a few scattered pages has the blackened edge bled onto the top.....
